As a former U.S. National Team rower, he's seen firsthand the importance of movement, recovery, and the positive impact they can have on everyday life. His goal is to work alongside each person to help them recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve their confidence in movement. Patrick uses an evidence-based approach that combines physiotherapy with an understanding of how the nervous and musculoskeletal systems work together. By focusing on breathing, movement quality, and strengthening fundamental movement patterns, he aims to help people move more comfortably and build the resilience needed for long-term health and wellbeing. Outside the clinic, Patrick enjoys spending time in the ocean and the bush, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and two children. They feel very fortunate to call Raglan home and are grateful for being part of this wonderful community.
